Chapter 11--Kindness Forever

This week I was able to photograph a birthday party of some dear friends. I am so honored that I have photographed every significant event in this child's life so far. I got to travel to Santa Monica to document an event, the end of a 2,200 mile journey of a veteran named Ernesto Rodriguez, bringing awareness to veteran's suicide. Seeing the kindness of others present was faith-in-humanity-building. I've had the opportunity to get in touch with so many great friends and catch up this week, so that I'm behind in my editing, but I feel so much joy, the editing will probably be 10 x more inspired now. This weekend I will photograph engagement photos, a birthday party, family reunion and a couples portrait and then settle in with friends and drinks on Sunday night.
